The actual piece of Wedgwood is signed on the reverse and the silver is stamped FAW for FA Welch, a Liverpool jewelry designer who set wedgwood pieces in precious metals in the mid 20thC.
I believe the date mark is for London in 1941 and I am unsure of the date of the Wedgwood piece. There are some letters, but I am unable to determine when the actual Wedgwood was made.
