Gorgeous Late 18th, early 19th Century Glass in Metal Button. The while glass has a lovely enamel design and the but button is a pad back. Along with the button, I will send a ‘spider’ type mounting shank. These shanks are mostly used for competition or display cards as it’s not easy to mount the pad back. It also preserves the pad. This button was found on a tray of ‘mostly 18th Century’ buttons. If not 18th, very early 19th. Beautiful and unique button.
