This button was listed as a watch crystal, but I don’t see where there is a separate piece of glass which in an actual watch crystal is reverse painted. What I do find unique about this button is the technique used to create the flower, it is somewhat encrusted. Much prettier in hand, just don’t know how it would be classified.
