Gorgeous! Fabric base with hot pink faceted glass and teeny tiny faceted steels, some with a pink tint. Such delicate work placing those steels, I mean they are tiny. There is some rusting to some o f the steels, mostly the larger ones, but you honestly cannot see it when looking at the button with a naked eye. I hadn’t noticed it until I saw the enlarged image.
I believe it is early 19th rather than 18thC
