So very Pretty and Unique! Taupe color glass heart with pastel foil flecks throughout. The shape is a heart and the top has been shaved to a flat surface which reflects the inclusions beautifully. The reverse, much to my surprise, is indeed a swirlback with a plate and loop shank. On top of all that, the condition is beyond excellent. Very special little button!
